ABOUT AARON

Aaron is a rock drummer with an impeccable sense of feel. A self-described “song-drummer,” he prioritizes groove, dynamics, and musicality in every performance.

His journey began at 11 years old in California when his dad brought home a vintage Rogers drum kit. By 15, he was signed to a major record label, launching a career that saw him touring through his teens and 20s with artists like Hawk Nelson, Pax217, and Audrey Assad.

After planting roots in Nashville, Aaron expanded his drumming career, working with local singer-songwriters, country, Americana, and post-rock bands. He also toured as a drum tech for Underoath, Gym Class Heroes, and more recently, Tyler Childers.

In his early 30s, Aaron helped kick start the music micro-licensing company Soundstripe. He continues to record, produce beats, song write, and contribute to artist’s projects.

Aaron has a deep love for music, playing drums, and serving people powerfully—and he’s not going to stop.

RATES + SERVICES

  • My studio is stationed in East Nashville, where I track, edit, blend, sample and send you mixable drum stems.

    I consider myself a song drummer, and I’ve tracked drums for pop rock, indie, Americana, and post-rock bands.

    My rate is $150 a track with one revision.

  • I play local, but mainly tour with indie and pop rock artists. I value not just the music but the people I play with.

    Rates vary depending on the level of artist and tour.

  • I offer typical touring set up, tear down, gear maintenance for drummers.

    I can set up electronics, keyboard, tracks and run programs like Ableton.
